The Grove Apartments 38 UNITS AT 400 East Main Street East Patchogue, Suffolk County, New York Application Due: April 29




We are excited to share that our new affordable housing development in partnership with Georgica Green Ventures (GGV) will be opening in June, and we are now accepting applications for the housing lottery!

 

This is a 55-unit housing development.

 

17 of the units are dedicated for chronically homeless survivors of domestic, which New Ground is working with our CoC Coordinated Entry System team to find eligible tenants.

38 units will be filled by lottery, pending eligibility verification. There is an application process for these other 38 units, with the deadline for applications on April 29th.

 

Attached here is a regular application, a PDF fillable application, and an information sheet on the housing and the lottery process.

Households with housing vouchers are encouraged to apply!

 

We encourage everyone to review the information, visit the website, and send in applications for households that appear to be eligible.

 

The lottery will take place on May 14th at 11am.

If you see someone who appears homeless, sleeping outside, in a car, or in unsafe conditions—let us know. Your report could be the first step in connecting them with shelter, food, medical care, and long-term housing solutions.

  • Description (age range, gender, visible needs, photo if possible)
