• Our mission is to connect individuals and families experiencing homelessness or housing instability across Nassau and Suffolk Counties on Long Island, New York, with the compassionate support, practical resources, and pathways they need to achieve stability and self-sufficiency—meeting them wherever they are and guiding them toward real, lasting help and positive change.

• Who We Serve We help more than just those living on the streets. Our outreach extends to anyone experiencing homelessness or housing instability, including:

  • People living in cars, woods, hotels, campers, or campsites

  • Couch surfers and those staying in train stations or shopping centers

  • Individuals and families in shelters

  • Veterans, families, and others facing eviction, foreclosure, or the brink of homelessness

• Empowerment & Self-Sufficiency We empower every person we serve by fostering self-worth, resilience, and the skills needed to achieve stability—transitioning from crisis to secure housing, sustainable income, and overall well-being.

• Compassionate & Dignified Support Guided by Christ's everlasting love and mercy, we provide services with empathy, understanding, respect, and dignity—offering spiritual encouragement to anyone open to receiving it.

• Comprehensive Resources & Services We deliver a wide range of practical help, including:

  • Emergency assistance and immediate aid

  • Employment training and job placement support

  • Referrals to mental health counseling and addiction recovery programs

  • Proactive homeless prevention services to help those at risk of losing housing stay housed

• Advocacy & Systemic Change We address the root causes of homelessness through advocacy, working to create lasting solutions for the individuals and families we serve and the broader community.
