Homeless man in wheelchair had no shoes.
Eventually I was able to get the new to him shoes on, lol. This older gentleman is in a DSS shelter. With only the white sandals you see in this video.
When we met him. He was also wearing glasses with one lens, it just so happens we keep an assortment of glasses with us.
