St Michaels Subsidized Housing application time sensitive.
St. Michael’s Housing is our newest addition and was built in 2012. It is a 202 PRAC HUD program for all applicants over the age of 62.
We have 40 one-bedroom apartments. This is a two-story complex and therefore 20 apartments are up one flight of stairs. We cannot guarantee an apartment on the ground floor, but we will take each applicant’s needs on a case by case basis. Each apartment is equipped with a medical and fire alarm which is linked to a central monitoring company.Being a federally subsidized project based (means subsidy stays with the apartment) section 8 where each resident pays 30% of their income towards rent. There is an income eligibility requirement based on section 8 guidelines.
