Using SNAP Benefits on Long Island, NY

No fee cash withdrawals with snap card.

In New York, you can withdraw cash without fees from your EBT (cash benefits) card at Chase Bank ATMs, as they handle the state's EBT, as well as at Allpoint and MoneyPass network ATMs. Retailers like Walgreens, CVS, Walmart, and Dollar General also offer surcharge-free cash back at checkout.
