The house has a cleaning service that cleans it weekly. You will have a private room on ok e of the three floors. This is a male only rooming house. It is in a great neighborhood close to stores, the village, the water, and 5 minutes from the LIRR. The property manager lives on site. All electric, oil heat, and water are included in the rent. We accept DSS and other options. It is also perfect for a working professional or student. The house is safe, quiet, and clean. The  house is on a very large property with plenty of safe parking. No pets allowed.
