A Prayer for Healing and Liberation from drugs and or alcohol in Jesus mighty' Name

Dear Heavenly Father,

I come before You today with a heart full of longing for freedom from the chains of addiction. I seek Your guidance and strength as I navigate this challenging journey. In Jesus' name, I ask for Your mercy and grace to help me overcome the grips of drugs and or alcohol.

Bible Verses for Strength and Healing:

1. Philippians 4:13: "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me."

2. 1 Corinthians 10:13: "No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man. God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond your ability."

3. Psalm 34:18: "The Lord is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit."

4. Isaiah 41:10: "Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand."

5. 2 Corinthians 5:17: "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."

prayer:

Lord Jesus, I surrender my struggles to You. I acknowledge that I cannot overcome this addiction on my own. I pray for Your power to fill me and for the Holy Spirit to guide me in my recovery. Forgive me my sins, and make me into the person you want me to be.

Help me to find joy in Your presence and comfort in Your Word. Surround me with supportive people who encourage my healing journey. I trust that through Your love and sacrifice, I am capable of transformation and renewal.

In Jesus holy name, I pray, Amen.
